Right….. This is extremely strong subject for me. I tried my hardest with my first I really did but having a midwife yank your boob and force the most perfect thing to you in the world to try latch on but baby’s crying your crying …. The dad’s crying. It’s not nice… I tried he wouldn’t latch. And to be honest…. Fuck the anti bottles seriously if you feel you don’t want to or what ever then don’t! Don’t push yourself to breast feed because Susan next door said so or the dick in baby group is staring at you asking oh why do you bottle feed…… Because I want to and it’s my child!

I have been to groups with my oldest when he was a baby being judged and asked…”oh why you need breastfeeding!’ “you should go to breast feeding class” no and no I don’t want to have a horrible stressful experience again he’s fed and healthy loved and warm. That’s the important bit!

I’m sure some will judge but it’s even better when men judge why your not doing it… Like ok mate you have a go.
